Recommendations:

Basic knowledge of basic electronic circuits

Objectives:

The practical course provides the necessary knowledge and skills for the design of electronic circuits, such as those required as a link between microcontrollers/FPGAs and sensors/actuators. At the end of the course, participants will be able to select the components required for a given problem on the basis of relevant criteria, interconnect them to form elementary assemblies and finally create a functioning overall system. In addition to circuit design, basic methods and skills for creating layouts are taught. Participants will also be able to build and test the designed circuits in real life.

Contents:

The course is a three-week block practical course. The aim of the practical course is the development and construction of the entire electronics for the operation of a robot vehicle.
First, frequently required basic circuits are discussed in a lecture-style section. Several teams of two then create individual circuit components, which are then assembled and tested to form the overall system.

Registration procedure:

Places will be allocated via SignMeUp within the period specified there.
