The research group led by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eric Sax at the Institute for Information Processing Technology (ITIV) is looking for dedicated doctoral candidates, doctoral researchers, to join our team and actively help shape the next generation.

    Personal Qualifications

    • A degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in the electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or related divisions with above-average grades
    • In-depth knowledge of data-driven analysis and AI, model-based development of complex systems, automated driving functions, innovative medical technology, and methods for verifying and validating intelligent systems is advantageous.
    • Commitment, motivation, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
    • Teamwork and communication skills
    • Willingness to participate in teaching, e.g., by supervising theses

    Compensation

    Compensation is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the public sector. The specific time commitment for the position can be adjusted to suit your needs.
