Large language models in the development process

Context

The complexity of products and therefore their development processes is constantly increasing. Starting with the analysis of regulatory documents, the creation of requirements through to legally compliant documentation: many tasks are text- and labor-intensive. Large Language Models have the potential to support the user during these steps, improve results and enable an increase in efficiency. The aim is to develop LLM methods for corresponding application scenarios and to investigate their suitability for practical use.

Tasks

• You will develop approaches for the use of LLMs in the development process.
• You will examine the suitability of LLMs and methods.
• You will extend methods and adapt them to specific problems.
• You will experiment and evaluate the approaches you have developed.

Prerequisites

• You have excellent programming skills in Python.
• You have experience in AI, data science or LLMs.
• You have an above-average degree of initiative and a careful, conscientious way of working.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
