Student assistant for the Student Innovation Lab (SIL)

Context

In cooperation with IHE and IRS, ITIV offers a new, innovative laboratory course: Student Innovation Lab. The focus of the lab is to give students the opportunity to implement new innovations in the fields of IoT, automotive or medical technology, etc. Students can use the modern infrastructure of our lab (e.g. robots, HoloLens, 3D printers, smartphones/smartwatches, sensors/actuators) to realize their innovative concepts. We are currently looking for committed students who would like to work as a student assistant (m/f/d) for one year.

Tasks

• Supporting student groups as a technical tutor
• Creation of attractive demos
• Lab maintenance

Prerequisites

• Motivation and interest in solving technical problems independently
• Experience with programming (Python, C++, Java...)
• Knowledge in the field of machine learning desirable
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
