Summary of the dissertation

This dissertation examines the possible applications of energy-autonomous wireless sensor nodes for monitoring the situation in the vicinity of infrastructure in the event of a disaster. In the infrastructure sector, the focus is particularly on road and rail tunnels in segmental construction without additional structural measures and in the field of energy harvesting on electromagnetic energy harvesting in the vicinity of railroad lines and in road and rail tunnels.
