Software
Embedded and data-centric software development using C/C++, VHDL, and Python for measurement and control systems. Research includes real-time signal processing on microcontrollers and FPGAs, as well as Python-based data analysis and machine learning pipelines for the interpretation, evaluation, and calibration of complex measurement data.

Hardware
Design and integration of analog and digital electronics together with associated mechanical structures for embedded and measurement systems. Research includes low-noise sensor interfaces, mixed-signal acquisition chains, control and communication electronics for portable and laboratory instrumentation, and CAD-based development with additive manufacturing of housings, optomechanical assemblies, and experimental fixtures to enable tightly integrated, rapidly adaptable measurement setups.

Optics
Application of laser-based optical techniques for sensing and material processing in compact, robust setups. Research includes the design of miniaturized beam delivery and detection paths, robust optical filtering, and optomechanical integration to enable stable, reproducible measurements in challenging environments.
