Research Assistant "University didactics" (m/f/d)

Communicating knowledge in a new way.
Ingenieurspädagogik

Environment

We need you to give scientific continuing education the necessary drive from your professional life and to determine the state of knowledge with new methods.
Define suitable formats and content in close cooperation with lecturers and potential partners and break new ground with us in the practical implementation of knowledge transfer and the testing of learned competencies.

  • Is it possible to design exams - up to now classically on paper and with correction by employees - in a completely different way?
  • Perhaps oral exams with an artificial intelligence, which take place at a very high frequency and take us away from the "hell week" approach, are an alternative?
  • How can we work together to design and implement building a new learning strategy and holistic controlling system?
  • How can we continue to develop skills from within the profession and, if necessary, provide evidence of new competencies from outside?

These are questions that you can address immediately as a doctoral student at ITIV with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eric Sax.

Your qualification

  • Completed engineering studies with a focus on media pedagogy or equivalent experience
  • Pleasure in imparting knowledge and in the further development of teaching and examination methods
  • Distinct communication skills
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Our offer

We offer a full-time position based on EG 13, provided that the professional and personal requirements are met. The standard contract is initially limited to 2 years with the option of two extensions for a further 2 years each.
You can look forward to exciting engineering activities in a scientific environment in projects with well-known European companies in automotive development, but also in the fields of household appliances and medical technology.
