Context

Nowadays, artificial intelligence is used in many areas. For example, machine learning or deep learning (e.g., Convolutional Neural Network) can be used to recognize specific patterns from an image capture.

At ITIV, a novel sensor is to be developed that can determine wind parameters based on image recordings of particles in the air. The application of artificial intelligence for the recognition of particle movements in image recordings will be investigated. Past measurements will be used as a reference.
